California Businessman Indicted for Employment Tax Crimes — TaxRescueCPA.com

As recent release from the Department of Justice shows just how bad things can get.

Businessman Larry Kudsk is accused of not paying Payroll Taxes for 2015–2016. Mr. Kudsk was operating two business, and the IRS claims they are missing over $250,000 of taxes.

“If convicted, Kudsk faces a maximum of five years in prison for each of the seven counts of failing to pay over employment taxes.”

It has taken Mr. Kudsk many years to get to this point, but not paying your Payroll Taxes is something the IRS takes very seriously.

These past couple of years have been difficult for many businesses. Please don’t put off dealing with your unpaid payroll taxes.
